Having completed 32 years as a police officer Andy now operates his own business helping to develop other peoples business and supporting their online presence through social networks and web site design. He is also a non-executive director of Severnside Housing Association in Shrewsbury, visiting lecturer for the University of Wolverhampton Business School and undertakes short contracts for the Justice Sector. His links with the three main management professional institutes and specifically his work with the CMI enables him to maintain his knowledge and expertise in these key areas. His recent Masters of Arts in Education and Professional Development has assisted in him to make the transition from Public Sector to Private business owner.

Andy’s key skills are his ability to interact with people at all levels, to listen and acknowledge difference and to provide impartial and unbiased support to all he meets.
