We will layout an agreement to protect director and shareholder rights, including who can vote on company matters, protecting investments, how disputes are resolved and what will happen in case of exit or unforeseeable director issues such as death.

Share Purchasing/Selling Agreements

We can create a purchase and sale agreement to define the terms and conditions of any sale of shares in your company.
