We now offer our registered office clients a track and alert service to ensure that any forms submitted on Companies House against your company are accurate and legitimate. Querying every form submitted under your business name could be tedious, we can support you to enable you to focus on what you really need to.
Once signed up to this service, any time a third party submits and files forms on Companies House against your business name, we receive a notification with the details. We check through the information submitted to ensure it is correct and, if not, we investigate and will alert you of any inaccuracies or fraudulent cases.
The track and alert service costs £5.99 per calendar month.
